Job Title: Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized respiratory therapy plans to promote optimal patient outcomes • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry, and other diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians • Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and other treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient education programs to promote health and wellness • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans • Utilize advanced technology, including ventilators, CPAP machines, and other respiratory therapy equipment • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of treatments, test results, and progress

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist-Cardiopulmonary (RRT-C) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
