Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the medical-surgical and Telemetry units.
- Float between units as needed, including units of equivalent or lower acuity.
- Manage patient assessments, IV starts, and medication administration.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience.
- Skilled in IV starts and telephonic/telemetry patient monitoring.
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating between units within a hospital setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different patient care environments.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
