- Full-time, night shifts (12-hour shifts), 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts
- Conduct and pass ECG/telemetry tests and medication assessments during onboarding
- Follow clinical protocols, including advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), CPR, and PALS or ENPC standards
- Complete required tests (Dysrhythmia and Medication) with a minimum passing score of 85% during onboarding
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and emergency protocol standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient care in accordance with policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN licensure at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to pass telemetry ECG and medication tests on the first attempt
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS required; PALS or ENPC preferred
- Able to start on the specified orientation date and available for an immediate interview and offer
- Capable of working night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM)
- No local travel required; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Must be able to pass all onboarding testing (Dysrhythmia and Medications) within one week of confirmation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in trauma or high-acuity ER settings
- Additional certifications such as TNCC preferred
- Prior experience with electronic medical records and emergency protocols

Additional Notes
- Orientation begins with one session per month; no time off around Christmas will be approved
- Start date for selected candidates is November 25; RNs must be able to commit to this date
- Guaranteed 72 hours per biweekly pay period, excluding on-call time
- Previous employment at specific health systems within the last year may disqualify candidates
- All testing and onboarding must be completed promptly, within 1 week of confirmation
