Full-time, overnight (12-hour nights), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute nursing care in the Emergency Room environment during overnight shifts.
• Complete orientation starting on 11/25 with ongoing clinical duties.
• Pass ECG/telemetry, medications, and additional clinical assessments during onboarding.
• Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality emergency care.
• Complete all required tests (ECG, medications) within designated timeframes prior to assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid MA Registered Nurse license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• ACLS and CPR certification; PALS or ENPC preferred.
• Successful completion of telemetry ECG and medications tests on day one of orientation.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia (20 questions) and medications (20 questions) test on the first attempt.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers).
• Must be available for orientation and start date on or after 11/25.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC certification preferred.
• Experience with emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced ER setting.
