Job Title

• Rotating shifts / Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical respiratory therapy services including nebulizers, inhalers, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and trach changes.
• Operate and monitor ventilators such as Avea, Hamilton, and V-60 BiPAP, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
• Manage critical care procedures for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, including ventilator management and overnight oximetry.
• Document patient care using computerized charting systems and medication dispensing tools like the One Chart and Accudose.
• Adhere to facility policies by badge-in/out and following shift-specific protocols.
• Assist in patient assessment and respond to emergent situations as needed.

Required Qualifications
• RRT licensure or CRT with active BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care environment.
• Experience with adult, pediatric, or neonatal respiratory care strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate advanced ventilators and respiratory equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with pediatric or neonatal patients.
• Knowledge of electronic health records and medication dispensing systems.
• Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts.
