Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Support therapy assessments and implement treatment plans under supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Current and active California license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
- Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with SNF patient care
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
