Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, On-site, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients
• Conduct evaluations including fall risk assessments and specialty assessments (e.g., orthopedics, neurology)
• Manage a caseload averaging at least 11 visits per day, with the goal of 55 visits per week
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using NextGen Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or familiarity with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations including fall risk and orthopedic assessments
• Strong documentation skills and experience with EHR systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neuro conditions such as concussion, Parkinson’s disease, or vestibular/vertigo issues
• Knowledge of post-surgical rehabilitation including total joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs
• Ability to work efficiently within productivity standards
