Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units during night shifts.
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform IV starts and other nursing procedures.
• Utilize electronic health record systems, including Epic, for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity levels as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Ohio or applicable state.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and VCPR certifications.
• Experience monitoring telemetry patients.
• Proficiency in IV starts, medication administration, lab work, and patient education.
• Epic electronic health record experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
