• Full-time, 13-week travel contract, days shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in creating a caring, supportive environment aligned with clinic values.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment.
• Successful completion of onboarding process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with patient-centered care approaches.
