We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy services to our patients. The successful candidate will work closely with our occupational therapy team to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement and adapt occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and mobility • Collaborate with the occupational therapy team to develop and implement group therapy programs • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of [insert state] • 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy assisting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams • Flexibility to work a 40-hour workweek, including weekend rotations
