Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric.
• Evaluate, treat, and monitor patient progress, adjusting therapy programs and goals as needed.
• Accurately document clinical notes and treatment activities in a timely manner, including billing and reimbursement details.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment procedures and therapy goals.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers involved in patient care.
• Stay current with clinical best practices through ongoing education, research, and evidence-based implementation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and national regulatory standards.
• Contribute to team goals by demonstrating problem-solving skills, professionalism, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare team members.
