Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse **Location:** Farmington, ME **Schedule:** Nights We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting. **Job Type:** Full-time **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction **Required Qualifications:** • Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of Maine • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care If you are a dedicated and passionate LVN/LPN looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
