Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary travel assignment
• Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital ER setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and utilize medical equipment such as monitors, pumps, EKG, and US devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and procedures per ER protocols.
• Document patient data accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, including rapid infusion and bedside assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Virginia or active license in the US.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current clinical skills in trauma and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in ENPC and TNCC.
• Experience with Meditech 5.6 electronic medical record system.
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and equipment such as dynamap, US, and rapid infuser.
