Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services with some inpatient and home health duties.
- Perform a variety of therapeutic procedures to assist patient recovery.
- Utilize electronic medical records (Epic EMR) on tablets or laptops for documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist License in North Dakota.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with outpatient therapy, with some inpatient and home health exposure.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, specifically Epic.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
