Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment details in compliance with clinic policies.
• Work in an outpatient setting servicing patients ranging from active teenagers to older adults.

Required Qualifications
• Active licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements specific to the clinic.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Must be able to start promptly and meet credentialing requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with a diverse patient demographic.
• Ability to manage a full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions effectively.

Additional Details
• Compensation: $85/hour with a $5,000 completion bonus for a 26-week assignment (starting end of August).
• Work hours: Days.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• Shift-based schedule with equipment provided during interview.
• Parking and dress code to be provided on the first day.
• Notice period: 30 days.
• Parking and dress code information will be shared on orientation day.
• Note: The contract requires completion of documentation directly with ATI before clearance to start; a compact can be used initially but must transition to a permanent status immediately.
• Weekends and holiday hours compensated at 32 GWW.
• For Nevada clinics, a rate increase to $82/hr is available for contractors who start in July and sign a 26-week contract.
