Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation directly with ATI prior to clinical clearance.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and facility requirements.
• Participate in weekly billing cycles and maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow designated dress code and parking procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a setting that requires practical knowledge of physical therapy procedures.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Credentialing requirements as specified by the client.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous work experience with ATI or similar organizations preferred.
• Experience working in hospital or outpatient settings.
• Ability to start promptly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
