Registered Nurse Telemetry

Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location
• Wichita, KS

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week duration, Nights (7PM - 7AM), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond to emergent situations promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and communication
• Assist with procedures such as central line management and heart cath recovery

Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac care units
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Meditech preferred)
• Familiarity with telemetry equipment and procedures
