- Travel, 13-week assignment
- Days shift, 12-hour shifts
- 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures within the Spine, Joint, and Hip Preservation unit
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and sterile field
- Support surgeons and operating room staff during procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Manage patient flow and documentation during surgeries
Required Qualifications
- Surgical technologist certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, preferably in Orthopedics or Spine cases
- Experience with total joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, or spine procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying case types
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, or spine surgery experience
- Familiarity with hip preservation procedures such as PAO
- Experience with advanced OR equipment and technology
