Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a senior living environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with an experienced rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
• Proven experience in senior healthcare or related setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in AL, IL, or Memory Care environments.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art therapy equipment.
• Certification in specific therapeutic modalities is a plus.
