Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to residents
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities to support patient recovery and well-being
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting to supervising therapists
• Provide support in providing therapy in a resort-like assisted living environment
• Float between departments as necessary to meet resident needs

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with elderly populations or in senior living communities
• Comfortable floating between different departments or sections as needed
