Key Responsibilities
- Perform various radiographic procedures used in diagnosis and treatment, including chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, skull, spine, fluoroscopy, portable, and OR (C-arm) exams.
- Evaluate radiographs for quality and provide patient care during procedures.
- Work independently and exercise professional judgment to ensure accurate imaging.
- Assist with designated assignments in accordance with facility policies and state laws.
- Utilize imaging equipment such as Fuji DR rooms, Siemens and GE fluoroscopy units, portable machines, and C-arm systems.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT RT(R) license and BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of radiologic technologist experience.
- Ability to work independently at times; weekend shifts required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with large hospital equipment and various imaging modalities.
- Familiarity with Epic EHR or similar electronic health record systems.
