Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in outpatient clinical settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with medical team.
• Support approximately 17-18 patients per day in a busy clinic environment.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing patient care plans.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Ability to complete required documentation with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Must start by the end of August and be able to commit for 26 weeks.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support holiday weeks and additional hours as needed.

• Bill rate: $80/hour; bill GWW: $85/hour
