- Travel, full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical unit.
- Assist with dressing changes, aspiration procedures, and pain management.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Support orthopedic and trauma patients with dedicated care and attention.
- Adhere to unit policies and promote a positive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a medical-surgical unit.
- Ability to independently manage a 5-patient caseload.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in orthopedic and trauma patient care.
- Pain management expertise.
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
