Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across multiple healthcare facilities, including skilled nursing centers and hospitals.

• Float between various locations, offering flexibility and variety in daily routines.

• Maintain documentation and adhere to electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Net Health and EPIC.

• Achieve productivity standards of 85-90% during scheduled days.

• Deliver patient-centered care to support recovery and improve mobility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.

• Proven experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings.

• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Net Health and EPIC.

• Ability to work independently and manage a variable schedule.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in skilled nursing and hospital environments.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings and teamwork environments.
