Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• Monitor critically ill children using advanced equipment such as Philip monitors, IV pumps, and ventilators.
• Perform procedures including conscious sedations, CT placements, and post-operative cardiac care.
• Maintain central lines and manage respiratory support for patients with respiratory failure.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and best practices in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of ICU or PICU experience.
• Experience caring for patients with respiratory failure, including ETT and HFOV management.
• Proficiency in central line maintenance and care.
• Ability to perform venous puncture procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Post-operative cardiac care experience.
• Familiarity with venous access procedures.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and equipment.
