Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients based on evaluated needs.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including some required interactions with third-party providers prior to clearance.
• Support patient treatment plans under supervision, following clinic protocols and standards.
• Adhere to all licensing requirements and clinic policies during service delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Active State licensed Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior experience in outpatient setting or orthopedic therapy preferred.
• Ability to complete required documentation and coordinate with third-party payers.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient clinics with high patient volume (17-18 patients per day).
• Knowledge of documentation procedures and insurance billing processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to clinic workflows and therapeutic techniques.
