• Full-time, night shift (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Document patient care using Point Click Care electronic health records.
• Adhere to facility policies and protocols, including travel and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care during night shifts.
• Support resident needs and ensure safety and comfort throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; float to different units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as an LVN or LPN in Kansas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Must be able to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Willingness to travel or work locally; compact license accepted if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States (SSN and DOB verification required).
• References: at least one professional reference.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Point Click Care or similar electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
