Job Title
• Registered Nurse - CVOR

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for CVOR patients in a busy acute care hospital
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and sterile procedures during surgeries
• Document patient care and procedural details accurately in electronic health records
• Assist with on-call duties, including primary and secondary weekday and weekend calls as scheduled
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
Required Qualifications
• Valid California registered nursing license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR or related OR experience
• BLS certification
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation, including overnight and weekend shifts
• Must comply with hospital and state licensing requirements
• Must be able to provide references covering at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a beachside, acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records and hospital protocols
• Ability to work flexible schedules and float between facilities within the state
