- Full-time, Night shifts (12 hours each)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
- Float between units and facilities as needed based on unit requirements.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal care for critically ill newborns.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic medical records.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, including on-call duties and holiday coverage.
- Comply with travel and hospital policies, including RTO and background requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oregon RN license (pending acceptable).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III NICU.
- Pediatric and neonatal nursing experience.
- Ability to float to different units and facilities.
- Must have a vehicle for travel to multiple facilities.
- Strong clinical and charting skills, specifically with Epic.
- Must comply with travel and background policy requirements.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nurse experience.
- Ability to manage complex neonatal cases.
- Comfortable working night shifts and flexible with on-call duties.
