Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - ICU
- Eureka, CA
- Full-time, 4 nights per week (Night shift, 10 hours per shift)
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, update documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to hospital protocols.
- Respond to patient emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Float between units within the hospital or to nearby affiliated facilities as needed.
- Active California RN license in hand.
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends, including major holidays.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
