Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult ICU respiratory care including airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer treatment, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Assist with procedures such as bronchoscopies in trauma, teaching hospital, and ER settings
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner system
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and compliance with all certification and licensure requirements

Required Qualifications

• Indiana State RN license in hand prior to start date (temporary licenses may be available post-application)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU respiratory therapy experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NBRC RRT
• Education from an accredited program (CoARC and CHEA regionally accredited)
• Current COVID-19 and Flu vaccines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma, ER, and teaching hospital environments
• Familiarity with bronchoscopes and advanced respiratory equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60
• Experience with documentation and equipment in adult ICU settings
