Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with medical teams for optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Adapt to various shift hours, including day and night shifts, to meet operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to day and night schedules.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a regional or high-acuity hospital setting.
- Familiarity with hospital low/mid/high performer expectations and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
