Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary, night shifts (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Float to all three hospital campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) as needed.
- Follow travel compliance guidelines and maintain current licensure and certifications.
- Complete required modules through HealthStream prior to start date.
- Adhere to facility policies regarding holiday time off and on-call procedures.
- Support patient care during nights, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Ohio or compact nursing license (must be active upon submission).
- Minimum of 2 years recent Labor and Delivery experience.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- Willingness to obtain STABLE certification if not already held.
- Recent travel experience within the past year.
- Epic experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Ability to float between multiple campus locations.
- Experience working in a smoke-free facility.
- Prior on-call experience and flexibility to arrive within 1 hour when called.
