Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, days shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to a 33-bed unit
- Collaborate with a team of over 30 healthcare professionals, including RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and social workers
- Perform procedures such as bladder scans, drain and suture removal
- Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation
- Adhere to unit policies, ensuring patient safety and quality care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hospital experience in med/surg or inpatient rehab settings
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation units
- Strong critical thinking and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build quick relationships with patients and staff
