Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Needham, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Rotate weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures, including applicable certifications.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care delivery throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid MA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Epic electronic health record experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
