Travel, 13-week assignment, Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Perform a variety of clinical procedures, including patient assessments, treatment, and emergent interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care activities using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Adapt quickly to changing acuity levels and patient census.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of California.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and CPR certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call as needed.
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic health record system preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
