Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care across all age groups, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Obtain and document data related to patient progress and modify treatments as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and progress during treatments.
• Operate and manage therapy equipment following proper procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery goals.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current credential with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of two years of outpatient therapy experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus.
• Experience working in inpatient and outpatient rehab settings.
