Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer prescribed treatments.
• Adjust care plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Complete and document all patient care activities accurately.
• Float within hospital units and to nearby facilities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting.
• Active IN-STATE RN license (must be in hand prior to start).
• BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• No first-time travelers accepted; experienced candidates only.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
• Ability to float to different units within the hospital.
• Familiarity with IU Health protocols and procedures.
