• Full-time, Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an outpatient oncology setting, including assessment, medication reconciliation, and vital sign collection.
• Support psychosocial oncology services, offering emotional support and counseling.
• Assist with procedures such as dressing changes and aseptic tray setup.
• Collect and process specimens including venipuncture, throat, urine, and capillary samples.
• Manage office duties such as medication refills, pharmacy calls, and telephone triage.
• Interpret laboratory results and maintain accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid compact or state RN license in Ohio.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in an outpatient or oncology setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in utilizing EPIC electronic documentation system.
• Ability to interpret laboratory results and perform venipuncture and specimen collection.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with cancer patient populations.
• Knowledge of oncology-specific procedures and psychosocial support services.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare teams and collaborative patient care.
