Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 4 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level 1 trauma center
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care for ER patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely treatment
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER experience with travel or 3 years ER experience without travel (strict requirement)
- Active TN or compact RN license (no pending licenses allowed)
- Compliance with NLC guidelines
- Experience in large hospital and Level 1 trauma settings
- Valid driver’s license, DL copy required at submission
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility (local travelers only)
- Willing to work during end-of-year holidays (at least 1-2 holidays depending on schedule)
- No call-ins; strict adherence to schedule and policies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working at large hospitals or trauma centers
- Cerner Electronic Health Record experience
- Strong critical care and trauma skills
