Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

- Ludington, MI
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, multiple shift options (days, mids, nights), options for block scheduling, agency float possible, every other weekend, potential holiday rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility within the LTC unit.
- Administer medications and perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments.
- Support patient diagnosis management including CHF, COPD, DM, rehab, and dementia care.
- Take on possible charge nurse duties and assist with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Document care using Point Click Care EMR system.
- Adhere to safety protocols including IV administration for fluids and antibiotics.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
- Comfortable with first-time travel assignments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with dementia and rehabilitation patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to float throughout the facility as needed.
