Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, days shift, Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory social work services within a healthcare setting under the leadership of an LCSW supervisor.
- Collaborate with multiple hospital systems and ensure compliance with California regulations.
- Utilize systems such as Cerner, Allscripts, and potentially Epic to maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Support client care and resource coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in coverage for weekends and holidays as needed to meet patient and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California LCSW license.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in social work.
- Experience working with multiple hospital systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with California regulations for social work.
- Experience with Cerner, Allscripts, and Epic electronic health record systems.
