Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Peoria, IL
Schedule / Job Type: 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts, onsite, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical surgical patients in a 20-bed unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license or verification that license application has been initiated.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Last four digits of SSN and middle initial required for submission.
• Understanding that OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and must pass a negative drug screen.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in general medical-surgical units.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
