Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, daytime shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients at the designated facility.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient functioning and independence.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Float to the Larkin Chase Center as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with adult and geriatric therapy.
