Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop radiation treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and physician prescriptions.
- Use advanced planning software to determine optimal radiation doses and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to ensure treatment accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and procedures.
- Comply with safety and regulatory standards for radiation therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or licensure as a Dosimetrist.
- Experience with radiation treatment planning software.
- Knowledge of radiation therapy protocols and safety guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR and related healthcare systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
