Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Tuba City, AZ
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients of all ages, following physician orders and established standards of care
• Independently assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions
• Support patients and families through education, emotional support, and transitional care planning
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain current certifications and compliance with required training and advanced life support courses
  Required Qualifications:
• Valid RN license from any U.S. state (Arizona RN license not required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 1 year of hire
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of hire
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 1 year of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of hire
• Emergency Severity Index Level 5 certification within 3 months of hire
  Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
