Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic treatment plans for patients to improve their daily functioning
• Assist patients in regaining skills related to self-care, leisure, and work activities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Oregon
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques for restoring daily living skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a similar clinical setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices for diverse patient populations
