Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to clients in various settings.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress according to clinical standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and facility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and develop appropriate therapy plans.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in adult or pediatric therapy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
