Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in various clinical settings
• Manage a caseload of approximately 11 visits per day with a focus on maximizing patient outcomes
• Conduct evaluations and assessments using durable medical equipment (DME), fall risk assessments, and other diagnostic tools
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and authorization details accurately in the EHR system
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for conditions such as post-operative ortho cases, musculoskeletal injuries, and neurological disorders

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred
• Ability to perform evaluations, assessments, and documentation in a compliant manner
• Proficiency with NextGen EHR system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical cases
• Knowledge of billing and documentation procedures related to physical therapy services
• Strong communication and case management skills
