Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, daytime shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient recovery
- Follow all clinical protocols and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Washington
- Experience in setting up and managing patient therapy plans
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
